DIY kits come with balloons in 3-4 different sizes, string to build your garland, and hanging materials with instructions.
 
If you're not sure how to construct your garland, don't worry - we've got you! Send us an email or message Harbor Balloons on Instagram for a quick tutorial video.
 
In the comment section, let us know your theme and/or colors (3-4 look best) and we'll take it from there!

DIY Kits are available for shipping to locations in the US only.
 
In the drop down menu, please select "Yes" or "No" for "Do you need this shipped?".
 
If selecting "Yes", in the "Shipping Address OR Preferred date/pickup" section, please write the address you would like your DIY Kit shipped to. An $11 shipping fee will be added to the cost of the DIY Kit.
 
If selecting "No", please write the preferred date and time for pickup from our office.
