Indoors, balloons can last from 7 days to over a month in a controlled environment. Helium balloons typically last a few days indoors and 1-2 days outdoors.

No, we don't have a minimum order requirement! We cater to all budgets. You can choose our grab n' go options to save on delivery and installation fees. Please note that orders under $175 will incur a flat $35 delivery fee, and tear down fees may apply.

You can never reach out too soon! But please allow us at least 2 weeks in order to gather materials and come up with the perfect design for your event.

For deliveries over $175, a minimum 20% fee will be added to the subtotal. Delivery prices vary based on location and whether a return for tear down is needed. Grab 'n go orders can be picked up in the 98335 area or delivered for a minimum of $35 on weekdays. Weekend pickups for grab 'n go orders are not available.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to book our services. After you submit your inquiry form, we'll discuss your event details and provide an estimate. Once approved, the deposit secures your event date and time.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 7 days before your event, your payment can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days cannot be transferred, as we likely have already started preparing for your event.
